Company sent a defective product, I contacted them to start an exchange and after 1 response they completely stopped responding and now I am outside of the return period and have reached out several times with no response.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:As you can see in the attached screenshots, I have responded and followed up several times. As I cannot be confident that I will receive any future follow-up from you without having to go through the BBB, I would prefer a refund on the pair and a return label so that no future correspondence is required.

I bought a pair of glasses and I couldnt see out of the glasses. I contacted the company with my issue and they told me to send the glasses back for a refund. I did send them back and submitted the tracking number but then never received a refund. I have tried contacting them multiple times and they stopped responding to me. I am writing to provide an update regarding the processing of store credit for *******************.
We
apologize for the delay in issuing the refund, which was due to an
unforeseen circumstance. Unfortunately, the customer failed to forward
the tracking number to our customer service team, which is essential for
verifying the return of the correct products. As a result, we were
unable to proceed with the refund promptly.
To ensure accuracy and
integrity in our refund process, we had to manually open each package
received to locate the customer's returned items. This manual process
took longer than expected, contributing to the delay in processing the
store credit.
However, I'm pleased to inform you that we have now
successfully processed the store credit to the customer's account and
she has a new order in process now. We understand the importance of
timely resolution and strive to provide excellent service to all our
customers.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you require any
further information or assistance regarding this matter. We appreciate
your understanding and cooperation.

I purchased glasses from ABBE Glasses online on December 20, 2022. This is Order # OD38982 and Tracking # SF6043515388871 via SF Express.The purchase amount was made using a combination of store credit ($108.73) and PayPal ($4.62) for a total of $113.35.I did receive the item, but the frames ended up being too heavy and uncomfortable at the temples.I wanted to return the glasses within 14 days of receipt for 50% of the store credit amount that was used to purchase them, which is what the ABBE Glasses website states is their return policy for orders using store credit. Their returns policy is listed at ************************************************************************************************ contacted them via their support at ********************************** on January 12, and was told that they would only offer a 50% store credit, despite their returns policy stating otherwise. I replied on January 13 that I would not be willing to accept store credit instead of the listed 50% refund policy, and after receiving no response for several days, I replied back on January 16 that I would allow them seven business days to help resolve the issue before contacting a consumer protection agency and financial institution.They replied on January 17 that they would only offer the 50% store credit or replace the glasses. My response on January 18 was that I would be insisting on the 50% refund of store credit amount, to which they replied on January 19 that they would "call me to find a solution." I have received no phone call, nor any further communication from them.What I am seeking is the refund of 50% of store credit used to purchase the glasses on Order # OD38982.The glasses are still in original condition as received and can be returned as well.Attached are the ABBE Glasses return policy and the Paypal receipts for the $4.62 amount used in the most recent transaction, as well as the previous purchase of $128.68 which was processed as a return due to defective frames.Initial Complaint

I've contacted them several times asking them to stop emailing me as I never signed up in the first place, rudely they kept agreeing and continued to email me. I've reported them for violating the CAN-SPAM act to the **** but I would never trust a company that sends unwanted emails after they've been asked several times to stop.Business response
