      We paid Restora to remove and replace overlay on pool and spa coping. Clean, re-color, seal pool deck/patio. This was completed 2020. We were given a 5 year renewable guarantee for bubbling, peeling and lifting. We have been calling for the past 4 months starting in August 2023. When they finally return the call they say we are on a list for next month. This has been going on for 4 months now. We recently received a call which said we are the list for 2/29/2024.

      In 2019 this company redid my patio and now there are defects and bubbling problems. The company warranty is five years and they won’t honor that warranty.I have contacted them multiple times and they blow me off. Make appointment and never show up to fix. Also the workers put toxic chemicals In my landscaping. A weed won’t even grow..

      ******, good morning! I am in contact with Mr. *****. I explained to him we have a policy. The repair needs to get reviewed, added on the repairs list (that has clients before and after him) scheduled, and repaired. He knows there is a process and I am not sure why he is stating all these issues? We have been in contact. Also, our warranty does not cover cracks.

      ****** great morning! I am contacting you in regards to this compliant. We are in touch with Mr. and Mrs. ****. I am not sure why this complaint was filed? We have some damaged that needs to be addressed and have offered to fix the issues. The turf if something we offered to fix which is only a small section. Their turf is a few years old and would look funny to replace just an area. What the client is requesting is we replace a whole section and with all honesty this does not seem right.  The other issues are small for example: epoxy on a few rocks, the crew has tried their best to clean off however, they will be replaced.  The color matching is something they are currently working on as well. The Restora manager offer to have their final payment be considered PIF and this seems to ne unacceptable by the ****s.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      As of last week, the rocks have been cleaned. However, the repair work is not satisfactory, the turf has not been repaired and there has been no response on the quotes that we sent in for the cleaning or replacement. Thank you.

      ******, hope your 4th of July was well spend. I am reaching out to you in regards to the updates Mrs. **** has made. The crew is still working these repairs are  not a one day and its fixed type of repairs. As far, as the turf quote provided from their friend at turf company it has not been decided. The quote exceeds the project amount and truthfully seems there is an idea of "taking advantage of the opportunity" the turf is a small area and the ***** are getting a quote to replace the whole area which is about $10,500.00 the other quote was much cheaper however, our crew has already tried (clean with CLR).       Restora re-surfaced our back deck for $12,000.00 with 5 year guarantee. Contract stated if we used them to re-seal the concrete after 5 years it would be guaranteed for an additional 5 years. We signed a second contract and hired them to re-seal the backyard deck - work to commence Feb 18, 2021. The sealant is peeling off. Looks terrible. Company will not come look at it or give us a date for repairs. They have told us it is a faulty product that they used. There have been many phone calls and a couple of unanswered emails. They have now stopped answering our calls. They are not honouring the guarantee. We have been at this for months to no avail. We would like a full refund of the $2900.00 that was paid to them so we can hire someone to come and fix the backyard. We have no faith in this company - feels very much like a scam.

      I paid over $6,000 to Restora Concrete to re-surface my pool deck and they offered a 5 year warranty if I had them re-seal it at least every 5 years. I then paid them over $1,500 to re-seal the deck with epoxy after 4 years. The next year the expoxy lifted and is no longer protecting my pool deck and looks awful. Restora's Project Manager, **** *****, inspected the deck after the GM, ******** ***** failed to show up for two appointments. **** confirmed it needed redoing and indicated he would do it in a couple weeks. Over 6 months has passed now and despite multiple commitments to honor their warranty they refuse to. The receptionist has told me that there is nothing more she can do; that this is a repeated pattern with this company and she is at her wits end as she bears the brunt of the customers for whom they are refusing to honor their warranty, which is paid for. If you are able to assist me in getting Restora to honor their warranty that would be greatly appreciated. If not, I suggest you warn other consumers of their fake warranty. Thank you.
