After 10 (ten) months and lots of delay and irregularities, he called me on Tuesday 6/06/2023 to his shop to deliver the food trailer.I got my trailer registered on 5/02/2023. Still have original title and registration to the trailer.When I got there, around 6 pm, there were a couple police cars from ******** and a lady named *********What I learned is that **** was there trying to pull my trailer from *********************** shop. I told her I got title of the trailer and she said she had a title too. What happened is *************************** somehow got another original title of my trailer (how if I still have the original) and gave it to **** on monday 6/05/2023, just the day before, to register at DMV, so she registered the exact same trailer ******** had sold to me. Ceres Police officers decided to handle to trailer to ****. Police report for fraude #********** was made on 6/06/2023 at ********. I had pad *************************** $30,710.00 in cash payments. He requested all payments to be in cash since I would be charged a high commission if used a bank transfer or check, he stated. I was scammed and didnt know.I am in contact with Detective *************** ************, and Detective *************************** ************.
