            Order ******* Estimated delivery Wednesday, July 26 I ordered a court reporting chair for $844.93 and it is now 09-19-2023 and I have yet to receive what I've purchased. The seller did respond to my first email stating that they are waiting on a part but now no longer responds to my emails. After trying to communicate with the business multiple times and no response I have been more than patient but it's now getting ridiculous. It really comes across as a scam and I am disappointed because I gave them the opportunity to make this right but two months waiting after the expected delivery date is crazy!

            I don't know if they are still in business or not. I ordered a chair on August 1. While in the order process I was told the chair would ship in 3 weeks but then once they sent the final bill it was going to be shipped in 6 weeks. Ok , I was willing to wait. After 6 weeks I followed up with them and was told it would ship within the week. Well I started trying to get a shipping delivery date I cannot get anyone to call me back or respond to my emails. You cannot reach anyone when you call. I started doing some research and found others have had similar experiences. I wish I would have found those reviews before I ordered. I will be ordering from another company. I am posting hoping to help someone else avoid working with them.
