West Coast Call Center has fraudulently charged our business credit card for four charges adding up to $15,902.50. 3/2/2024 - $2,800 3/2/2024 - $1,802.50 3/3/2024 - $2,800 3/4/2024 - $8,500 We worked with West Coast Call Center back in early 2021 when we were running a sales campaign for our business. We utilized their call center services which didnt work out so we canceled our service agreement with them shortly after. We have not reinstated their services or have spoken to them since. The only time I spoke to them was after they charged our company card to ask them why they charged the card for over $15,000. I have now opened a billing dispute with **************** and have in addition filed a complaint with the **** FTC and the California ************************* I have also filed a police report with the Los ************************* and a complaint with the **** Upon some investigating online I have found that we are not the only company they are doing this to. It seems that they have a pattern of doing this and they are defrauding their past customers. Ive tried to call their main business number and no one answers anymore. It looks like they have gone out of business and they are charging all of their old customers credit cards for as much as they can get before they shut everything down and walk away with a ton of money.

I signed a 1-year contract (attached) with West Coast Call Center that commenced on 1/26/23 (1st charge for $2,007.47). I would be charged $1802.50 every 4 weeks there after in exchange for their calling service. I reviewed my credit card bills 10/15/2023 and noticed I have been getting overcharged since the inception of my contract, which is a breach of contract. (21 transactions total, when there should only be 6 transactions) as I cancelled my services 7/25/23 via text and email*. *West Coast Call Center was in breach of their contract by overcharging me every 2-3 weeks instead of ever 4 weeks per their contract. Their contract is voided due to this breach. Im asking to get refunded $27,037.50 ($1,802.50 x 15). 10/16/2023 Ive been trying to call West Coast Call Center all morning and they have blocked my number. I hope BBB can help me resolve this situation.

I am trying to get my money back from West Coast Call Center (WCCC). I signed a 16-week contract for their services on 4/29/21 with a requested start date of 5/10/21. Their services ended up providing little to no results, so I made the decision on 8/17/21 to cancel our contract. In October, 2021, I realized WCCC was still charging our credit card. At that time, I sent them an email informing them of the error and requested a refund. I was told that they would investigate and get back to us, but never heard back. We received another charge the next month. I reached out to them again on 12/6/21 to find out why we were still being charged and requested a refund. They finally responded that our cancellation request back in August was too late. I have emails of our correspondences and below timeline. You will find that WCCC confirmed our cancellation on several occasions and never mentioned it being too late until December. In their email from 8/19/21, they state Just so you know, I know you cancelled, but I haven't given up yet!. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they reversed the charges. However, WCC just charged my credit card again for the same amount that was refunded by my credit card. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue, but WCCC has never responded. I even had an attorney draft a demand that they did not respond to. 4/29/21 Signed Contact with West Coast Call Center 5/3/21 EM to WCCC requesting start date of 5/10/21 8/17/21 EM notice to WCCC that we will not be renewing our contract 8/17/21 EM from WCCC acknowledging cancelation 8/19/21 Second EM from WCCC acknowledging cancellation of our contract 10/13/21 EM to WCCC regarding credit card charge 10/13/21 EM from WCCC acknowledging receipt of EM and that they would investigate it 12/6/21 EM to WCCC asking why we are still being charged and to refund my money
