      I made a order of $2,911.10 on their website on 03/07/2024 with order number 245277836.When I received one of the item ( the Chanel Ear clip) , it did not came with an original brand box. It came with a thin small cream cardboard box with the ear clip in a tiny plastic bag. I did not though of the brand box since this is a second hand item and I assumed it was okay. I also did not take a video of me opening the box since I made 50+ purchase on the website with $20000+ spending and I have always trusted them. However, the ear clip did not fit me and I went over to return it, but the merchant refused to refund me since I did not return with original brand box. I cannot return something that was never given to me at the first place. They insisted the item came with original brand box despite they have no proof or picture of how the package is sent to me. I don't know how to get my money back and I am never using this merchant ever.

      On 11/29/2022, I made an order with FWRD.com for a two designer items. One, a Burberry brand beanie and the other a pair of Amiri designer jeans. When I received the items, I noticed they were not the same color ways that I was expecting to match so I initiated a return. As you can see below, they received their product back at their warehouse within days of me receiving and returning the product on Tuesday, December 20th, 22. Ive been in financial stress ever since! Mentally and financially this has been a burden to me. All I ask is for my rightful hard earned dollars to be returned to me and they refuse to honor this every time I followed up with their customer service team. The only reason I havent even been able to file this complaint sooner is because what Ive been going through. Management, I will fight to the very end for my hard earned money. Please return what is mine, this company should have stand on some type of virtue when it comes to this. Many people complain about this, it isnt just me. That shows a lot about FWRD.com

      I placed an order on 02/16/2024 for a Moncler Bourne Jacket, totaling $1,775.18.I had order #********* shipped to where I live in, *********, ** and I initiated a return with FWRD on 02/22/2024.I followed instructions from FWRD to attach the shipping label that FWRD purchased and provided me with to the package I received.I gave the package with the return label provided to me by FWRD to *** on 02/22/2024 and obtained a drop off receipt.FWRD re-routed the package after it was delivered to their warehouse on 02/28/2024 and now the package has not been updated by *** since 03/05/2024, so I believe it may be missing since FWRD had *** re-route the return after receiving it.

      Order #*********. Two pairs of pants were ordered both did not fit and were returned the next day. The return was received by FWRD and only 1 pants was refunded. I contacted FWRD to find out why since they never reached out to me. FWRD then advised me that 1 of the pants arrived in a condition appearing to have been worn. I asked for pictures of the alleged wear and they advised me to wait 2 days which I did and then reached back out to them only for them to advise me to wait another 2 days. UNACCEPTABLE. If the pants were returned in an condition that was not satisfactory to their standards I should have been provided with proof immediately. Now I dont trust FWRD because how do I know now they wont alter the pants in order to keep my money. This is very unacceptable and they have lost a customer. I will go on every platform to let people know this is how they conduct business. Please issue me my refund immediately!!

      Hello I placed an order with this company and the order never arrived! They dont care about their customers despite the order being signed for by an unknown name and me not getting it they dont care and they refuse to refund me or provide any resolution. My order number is ********* and this is the last time I ever order from a company I dont know because they have no care for their customers at all.

      I ordered a product which were a pair of shoes in April. For the price of $853. I did not receive them, and the company denied me a refund, denied my bank claim, and will no longer help me. I am at a total loss and the company will not work with me to compromise or help me. They never listened to me or even attempted to help me.

      I ordered a bag from the company fwrd.com on 5/10/2023 for $1262.59 and the order number is *********. when i received it it was not to my liking, so i returned it on 5/12/23 and it was delivered to the company on 5/18/23. the tracking information is provided in the attached pictures. the company's return process on their website claims it will only take 3 days maximum for returns to be processed, so i reached out to them after the 3 davs had passed and i still did not receive a refund. the company fwrd.com quaranteed me that i would receive by refund by 5/23/23. when i did not receive it by then i attempted to contact fwrd.com again and i talked to management who then told me to dispute the charge and they would be compliant with my bank. i used afterpay, so i opened a dispute with afterpay and now they are telling me they are unable to help me. Now i do not have over $1200 or the bag, and the company has both. please help mediate this situation, would like a full refund of $1262.59 from fwrd.com or because i have returned my purchase.
