I did two payments and I want my refund backBusiness response

Customer paid through a 3rd party Vendor, per the 3rd party vendor, (pay near me) this issue is between the customer and his bank and 3rd party vendor, 3rd party vendor stated funds are with "his" bank and it can take up to 30 days, we do not, have not received any funds/ refunds/ or request from anyone there is nothing within our power that can be done.Customer response

Brus UrsuaI do not agree with they saying third party and they told me the same well my bank told me they told me to ask them to give me approved that they send the money on the 5th so they do not have no proof that they send the money back to my bank my bank did not receive the money my bank says the same thing make sure they give you a proof that they send the money on the 5th and they haven't

I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. 1. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/28) */ We do not have any one by this name or address, we are an auto finance company and do not lend out of state there is an invoice attached and it's made out to a C & F finance that is NOT us. I believe you have the wrong company. There is a Time Finance in Texas as well as North Carolina but they are personal and Pay day loan companies and have NO affiliation with us.Initial Complaint

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/17) */ We have no one by this name in our system, an account number was not provided, if it is a social security issue (being used) she will have to provide the number, we do not lend out of state. We cannot remove anything from the credit bureau she would have to file a dispute with the credit reporting company, by law you must file a police report and a affidavit of identity theft repot. We are often mistaken for Time Finance in Texas and the East Coast, of which we are NOT affiliated. Those Companies are Payday loan companies. We are an Auto Finance co.
