      Order# A00201305 Date of transaction:04/08/2023 Total:$105.17 Cconma *** sent me an email for the Easter promotion.If I can find Easter egg in their website, they will offer me a free *********** found all of 10 eggs in their website.I also made an order of $105.17. They sent me an email of delivery confirmation today but 2 hours later they canceled & refunded my money without any explanation. I called more than 10 ************ inquiries 2 times & left a voice message too. No response but later they sent me an email & said because I requested the return to the sender for the previous order, they automatically canceled my order this time.That explanation did not make sense to me at all. I contacted them to give me a price adjustment at that time because they lowered price before I received them. But they said no. I had to return them once I received them they said. So I had to ask them to get it back to the sender not to send it to me. And they did ****** made a new order later with lower price.I want my order to be processed this time & 10 free presents that they offered me.

      They sent me a spoiled sweet potato (frozen), in form of sealed packages. They said I need to check within a week, but I can't open all the sealed packages and peel the sweet potatoes (more than 100) in a week to check. If I do, they will go bad and the purpose of buying frozen food becomes meaningless. They wouldn't refund me for one sweet potato went bad. They sound very irresponsible.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/30) */ The item was shipped completely frozen via *** Next Day Air and was delivered along with other frozen items on 12/1. She contacted us with the complaint on 12/21, 20 days after she received her package. Our return policy is that any complaints need to be received within the 7 days of the delivery. Regardless, we did issue her the refund for the item on 12/21/22. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2023/01/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
