We chose Tech Master Construction to build our 800 Sq. Ft. 2 bed/2bath ADU. And it was the best decision we could have made! From the beginning they showed how knowledgeable they were and always had our best interest in mind. Our plans/design were made by a different contractor so when we broke ground and started getting into the details of our ADU they caught some design flaws and instead of just building to what the plans showed, they asked us if that was accurate because it was not designed to their standards. I am so glad they did because those design flaws no matter how big or small make a huge difference. Also, it shows they really take pride in their work. We are so happy we chose them! Their whole team was awesome and very transparent and easy to get a hold of for any questions, concerns, updates, or doubts. I would recommend Tech Master 10 out of 10 times to all friends and family!Review from Raquel F

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia con esta compaa todo muy profesional nunca se retrasaron terminaron el proyecto un mes ante de lo proyectado y todo el trabajo muy bien hecho el inspector nunca dijo que algo estaba mal, trabajo que inspeccionaron todo fue aprobado por el inspector.Muchas personas an venido a ver el ADU y les a gustado muchsimo todas las personas que lo an visto estn impresionados. Y nosotros estamos muy satisfechos y contentos de aver podido trabajar con ngel, si nesecitan hacer algn trabajo de construccin ****** la oportunidad de trabajar con el no se ban arrepentir yo los recomiendo sin temor a equivocarme. If you are looking for someone you can trust for construction work, ***** and his team are it. They do a great job and has good communication. They make sure we were happy with the job. We current did re-roof, 2 bathroom remodel and an ADU with them!We look forward to working with them on a new project in the future.Review from Jon G

We started our *** project in November with the initial paperwork and consulting with *****. ***** gave us the expectation with the city permits of Lakewood and gave us the approximate start time of the *** project which was in the end of May. Tech Master Construction saw the vision my wife organized through a sketch board. We had pictures for every detail of the 360 Square Feet *** and ask ***** can you make it happen. Tech Master Construction were very professional with each phase of the project and these guys know what they are doing . We had so many details like high ceilings, custom kitchen , bath room , barnyard doors to name a few. Tech Master guys were here working for each assigned phase of the project. ***** knows the City Of Lakewood building codes and the inspector knows the company working on several projects in Lakewood. We are very satisfied with the work of Tech Master Construction and we are recipients of the awesome job they did on our *** /Review from Lauren W

Had an ADU conversion on my parents property done with Tech Master. ***** was on top of it the minute he came by to check out the old broken down garage. His team was quick and worked hard to get the project done in about 4 months. We doubled the size of the existing building and added high ceilings with a large kitchen/living room area. Any questions that I had or concerns, ***** was there to give me answers even on weekends. Highly recommend this company if you want to make your dream project a reality.Review from Luis D

Tech master did an awesome job on our ADU! The process went super smooth i wasn't on site most of the time, so ***** took care of everything!great choice if you want peace of mind.
