      I purchased the Lacidoll humidifier on nov 3, 2023. However it is not working and it has been 3 weeks I asked Lacidoll to send me an address to send their product and get my money back. But they refused, won't stop email me back and forth

      Lacidoll provides a telephone number on their website which is no longer in service - in addition, they are not returning emails sent to ******************* Lastly, their website indicates support 24 hours on line which is not true as the only way to contact them is via email! Their address claims to be******************** ******************************** I suspect this company is a scam

      I purchased a humidifier from lacidoll.con on 02/09/2022. I paid them a total of $174.99. The humidifier is not working as it should be. The electronic hygrometer is not turning the unit on and off appropriately. I emailed the company and they asked for a video describing the problem. I sent them a video which clearly showed the unit malfunctioning. I got an email back explaining the features of the humidifier, and how it works. Nothing about how my video showed it malfunctioning. I tried calling the company hoping that talking to a person would be more efficient. The phone number is not in service. I emailed the company back explaining that I understood how the humidifier works but it's not working as it should. They said they didn't see anything wrong with the unit and asked for another video. I sent another one and heard nothing back. I was very clear that the humidifier is set to 45% humidity but when the digital display reads 43% the unit never kicks back on. I'm constantly having to reset the unit. They act like I'm speaking a foreign language they don't understand. The company has strung me along with these emails for a week now with no resolution in sight. They have yet to explain to me why the humidifier isn't kicking back on. They take days to respond to me between emails. I've read reviews from others that have had the same exact experience with this company. They are displaying very poor business practices that are draconian at best. All I wanted was to exchange the unit for one that works properly. They are of no help so now I feel like I have no other choice but to report the company. Thanks.
