I bought a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler in November 2023 and went to have the tires rotated today only to discover I was never made aware there are after market wheels that require a special key to take the tires off. I was not given any keys nor was I informed they were necessary. If I were to get a flat tire today I could not change the tire. The driver side visor is broken and none of the recommended maintenance items were done prior to selling this vehicle.

My daughter purchased a 2014 ****** Forester from AutoNation Cerritos on Sept. 21, 2023. After only driving the car for ***** miles, warning lights came on and we discovered the car has serious oil leaks from the cam carriers and head gaskets. We've had multiple mechanics look at the car and repairs are estimated at $5,400. We relied on AutoNation's promise of a thorough 125-point inspection, which should have identified this problem. This is not normal wear and tear. Was the inspection not done? Or were these oil leaks not disclosed? I spoke with a manager and he sent me the inspection report. However, the document says it was updated on 4/25/2024, which is the day we talked on the phone. AutoNation misrepresented the condition of this vehicle and should buy the car back or pay for the repairs. I've left several messages with the manager and haven't heard back. Thanks for your time.

I bought a car from autonation Toyota Cerritos in February 2024. The dealership made false claims. After I realized I was not informed of the true rules and regulations of the care buying process I was able to return the car well masked the return date. I was told I would be refunded the cost to ship the car to *******. I received the refund for the cost of the care but not for the cost of the shipping. The dealership has stopped all communication with me. In particular the finance director ***************************. He was the person who said he spoke with the dealership manager and emailed me the agreements in writing that I would be refunded the money.

On March 14, 2024 I went in to the dealership to purchase a new 2024 Rav4 Hybrid. I had negotiated the deal online and went in to sign the paperwork.I wanted to put a $20,000 down payment on the vehicle. After starting the paperwork, I was told I could only do $10,000 on a credit card and the rest had to be paid via check. I had not brought a check with me and I was told I had to complete the purchase that day and they would not hold the car for me to return the next day with a check. I was promised that if I paid the rest of my deposit to Toyota Financial before my first payment due date, it would count as part of the down payment and would readjust my payments. I was told multiple times by ********************************** and ********************************* this was true and I had nothing to worry about. On March 26, I finally got my account number from ********************** Financial and put another $12,000 down on the car as I was told. When the payment posted, I saw my payments weren't adjusted. I called Toyota Financial and was told I was lied to and it doesn't work that way. When I called AutoNation, I spoke with ***************, *************************, and *********************, and told they would look into it. They got back to me today saying that since I made an extra payment (the very one they told me to do) there was nothing they can do other than have me return the car or refinance on my own. They admitted on the phone I was lied to and that they had fired ********************************* as part of the process, but refused to send me that in writing. They said since I had negotiated too good of a deal, that they could offer me nothing else in return for the troubles they caused me by lying.

We arrived at the dealership on March 2, purchasing a vehicle with a down payment of $2000. Another thing to add is that we were only given the rear license plate without the front added. We were given and told about a 5 day return fee in which as long as we don't reach the mile limit and within 5 days we were allowed to return the vehicle. We returned it the day after. We signed papers for the refund however it's been weeks since we have yet to receive the refund. I contacted the dealership today regarding the refund and I got hung up on twice. I just want the refund but they are taking their time with it.

On October 8th 2023, we went to the Toyota Dealership of Cerritos to finance a 2018 Acura TLX. The same day we go approved for financing & left with the vehicle, at the time of leaving ******* partner ****** where under the impression they got everything they needed from us but three documents that we needed to email over. Around maybe two days later I emailed them the rest of the documents one being total loss settlement paperwork for the past vehicle we had, proof of residency, and the most current paystub. Now upon walking into the dealership we had let them know way in advance that ****** lost most of his paperwork and only had a paycheck stub to give them from July not once did they say that was a problem & same with me I only had one to give them from June. We made sure to heavily express this and they didnt seem to have a problem with it until we left the dealership with the vehicle. The financing company (*************) had contacted me a couple days later asking for more information on the current job for both of us & as well as the same documents I had sent over to the financing guy at the dealership (*****). I had informed her ***** had everything she needed & she told me no worries she would contact him and receive. Now at this time they wanted ****** to call them back as he didnt receive or return any of their calls. Now he does work 12 hour shifts dealing with customers all day driving as hes an AAA battery technician. So I asked her if I can give them everything they needed she had said yes so i gave her all the proper employment information they needed so they can call the right Tow Yard he works for. Now during all this time it had passed 10days and we didnt hear anything back from CIG so again we where under the impression they got everything they needed from us until ***** texted me on October 21, 2023 saying they needed the vehicle back and then got something in the mail stating that also two weeks later. there is so much more to this.

Hello,During my current process the finance associate provided misinformation/errors in the contract, which I found out the following the day. I spoke to a manager at the dealership and they had me come down the following Saturday to sign a new agreement. The dealer has not provided the bank with the brand new agreement and my car payment and my car note is due on the 29th of this month. My document is too big to enter. Can I submit my documents to a email address.

I bought a car March 9, 2023 and I took my car in to get an oil change to find out that one of the tires is on backwards and the brakes, brake pads and other brake problems were not taken care of as promised. The back right tire is a different size and installed backwards which is causing the car to shake driving it and it is very unsafe. I have called Auto Nation and as well as the extended warranty I pay extra for every month, only to put the tire on correctly and do as promised to the brake system. I am not requesting any of the other problems to be taken care of, mainly the 2 problems I was told were being replaced. They replaced the windshield but the other 2 problems didn't happen and now they won't handle it at all. They said its my problem due to wear and tear. But I didnt wear and tear my tire to go backwards that was a service technician at a dealership. Obviously, he shouldn't be working on cars if he can't install a tired correctly. On Sunday 4/30/2023 I arrived at AutoNation Toyota Cerritos at 2:pm with an appointment to meet with ****************** to check out a used 2013 RAV4. After a few minutes he arrived and told me the vehicle was sent to service and service was closed. I looked at a similar used RAV4, and was helped by Salesman ***************** who ended up being very helpful. Salesman ******* seemed to had abandoned me. After 4 hours of waiting I drove off with the used 2013 RAV4, I left a $3,500 cash down payment. When driving the car home (Aprox. 25 miles ) *** car drove rough, the eco light was blinking on/off and there was also an odor. I returned the car at 10:am the very next morning 5/1/2023. I did not even have the car 24 hours. Upon meeting with the finance ***** I was told I would receive a check in a few days for my $3,500 down payment, although I had paid cash, I accepted what I was told to be true. It's been 6 days, and when I called several times on 5/6/2023 I kept getting transferred and hung up on. AutoNation has a guarantee of: If not satisfied you can return the car within 5 days or 250 miles. ** questions asked.I also received an email from salesman ****************** on May 1st at 11:45 AM congratulating me on the purchase of the vehicle at which time I told him I returned the vehicle. ******* rep[lied he got word that I had stopped by that day and he asked what did finance do?I also received another email from him on May 5th at 10:41 AM asking if he could help me with any questions or features since I've had the vehicle for a few days now! Please see attached emails as proof of correspondence and lack of understanding that I returned the vehicle and have not received my $3,500 deposit.
