I went into Cerritos Nissan to purchase a car under false pretenses. We were not happy with the service and what was told to us would be the process before coming in. That was 5/18. We left unhappy and unsatisfied. I received a letter from a bank via text today 5/31 and it was dated 5/28. The dealership continued to shop my personal info to banks AFTER I specifically told them not to and that I would not be doing business with them. This has impacted my credit as well. I called and asked to speak with a manager and after being transferred 4 times I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. I called back two more times with the same result so this is my only option at this point.

I feel compelled to share more about my experience with Cerritos Nissan, as it has been nothing short of a nightmare. After my earlier interactions with the dealership, I was left feeling frustrated and confused, but I decided to give them one last chance in hopes of finalizing the purchase of the 2018 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid that I had grown attached to.During my last visit, I confronted the sales rep about why my credit had been run again without my consent. To my dismay, he didnt know who had run it, but he mentioned that *** was responsible. I insisted on speaking with *** for clarification, only to be met by yet another manager who apologized for my experience. He informed me that *** had just run my credit and left the premises, which was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling even more uneasy. However, a moment of clarity struck, and I realized I needed to protect myself. I asked to have a mechanic inspect the vehicle before moving forward with any agreements. The shock on their faces was evident, but surprisingly, they agreed. About 30 minutes later, the mechanic arrived to conduct his inspection. Up until this point, I had been assured that the tears in the leather would be repaired, but I discovered that the vehicle was sold "as is," meaning the dealership was not obligated to make any repairs after the sale. This contradiction raised red flags, especially since no formal written agreement had been made regarding the promised repairs. The mechanics findings were alarming. He identified multiple issues with the Infiniti, including damages that were not present during my initial review of the vehicle. He found faulty front struts, a loose rear bumper, bad front brakes, and rusted shock absorbers, among other significant problems. The estimated cost for these repairs was easily over $4,000. This dealership is a scam. Watch our for these guys they will try to s**** you over!
