To Whom It May ******** I am writing to express my concern regarding the refusal of the Land Rover Jaguar service department in Cerritos to honor my warranty. Despite my vehicle being repaired and my payment of nearly $3,000, I have had to bring it in three times to address a recurring issue. On the third visit, I was informed by ***************** from the service department that the issue was likely a sensor and that additional repairs would cost $1,500. ***************** indicated that they would begin with this repair and notify me if further issues were discovered. However, when I requested documentation of the new findings, both **** and his manager, *******************************, stated that they could not provide it. Despite repeated requests for an inspection report to clarify the new problem, they refused and instructed me to pick up my vehicle. They also informed me that they would not honor the warranty and that I would need to take my car to another service center. This situation is particularly troubling because my car is currently unsafe to drive; it risks turning off within 20 miles, posing a serious safety hazard. I respectfully request that the service department honor the warranty for the repairs performed on my vehicle and address the ongoing issue. This morning when I called ***************** he said his manager ******************************* will not be honoring the warranty and told me to go pick up my car and go elsewhere.
