      I have been a customer at the Kia ********************** Dealership in ************* for a few years now, and my experience has been highly disappointing. My car had an oil leak, which I brought to their attention on four separate occasions. The first two times, I was told there was no leak. The third time, they claimed it was due to a bad oil filter, and the fourth time, they suggested it was because of spilled oil during refilling. Each time, they assured me the issue was resolved, yet the leak persisted.Despite being on a tight budget, I agreed to purchase their large service packages each time, on the condition that the oil leak would be fixed first. The service packages included inspections, and I was always assured that the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, every time I returned home, the oil leak remained unchanged.Additionally, each visit resulted in hours of waiting, and attempts to follow up with the representatives were futile. Calls to the number provided on my paperwork went straight to voicemail, and my messages were never returned. Each time I went back, I requested a different representative and explained the ongoing issue, but to no avail.Frustrated, I finally took my car to a local mechanic after saving enough money for repairs. Shockingly, the mechanic identified the problem immediately as a seal issue between the engine and transmission. They were astonished that such an obvious problem was overlooked multiple times and suggested that the dealership was stringing me along until my warranty expired.I am deeply disappointed with the service at the Kia ********************** Dealership and their apparent shady business practices. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to seek service elsewhere to avoid wasting time and money.

      **************** is NOT AT ALL a concern for this dealership! From the receptionist, who lacks the etiquette for professionalism, to the Service team who cares very little to "service" a client correctly. Dealership up their cost/fees just because they are a dealership, I believe as a client we pay enough in order for them to get the job done and correctly for that matter! I've taken my car in twice for the same issue, paid each time. Customer concerns are left out of work orders in order to ensure no liability falls on the dealership at the time the customer makes a complaint. Service managers could care less to look into an issue, simply because again, they make sure to leave certain things out of their work orders. I've been with *** for the last 8 years, have dealt with multiple issues along the way but want my car services and a proper record kept of it, this is why I've continued going there. But after seeing that their trick is to modify work orders to keep their "service rating" UP, I'd rather go give small shops my money and ensure that I maintain the proper record of services. At least then I get what I pay for. Do yourself a favor... DON'T GIVE *** YOUR MONEY! At the end of the day, they got what they wanted from you, your money from a car purchase. Unless you have the warranty or extended warranty with them, you are not their concern!! Do yourself another favor... report them, write a review, stop letting them become wealthy off of us. There are better places out there who can actually service you and care to do it the right way!!

      I recently explored a promising lease deal with Kia of Cerritos. *****, a representative, was forthcoming over the phone, assuring me of the deal's legitimacy. However, upon my visit, a shadow of doubt crept in as an unexpected $600 security system fee was introduced. While discrepancies can occur, it's the lack of upfront communication that was disconcerting. An hour's drive based on verbal assurances felt somewhat squandered. It serves as a reminder that potential buyers should emphasize clarity and full disclosure in their interactions.

      Do not trust this **********. They are liars . On October 5th, 2022 they told my wife they would buy her car for $10,800 after they paid off the rest of the car, and we have yet to get a check. They have given her the runaround and now are not answering our calls. They have her car for $3066.12 that they agreed to pay off on the car and we have nothing. They keep giving ** excuses as to why they cannot pay us without a pink and all the struggle they are going through to get the pink. They even got ** involved in facilitating getting the lien release from another *** ********** who sold my wife her *** (**********************). We did that in a day yet they took 2 weeks without results. Then they have said they are still waiting to get the pink from DMV yet when she called DMV they said *** ********************** is the owner and they should have the pink. Then ****** is sending her an email that work has been done on the car on Oct. 21, 2022. Sounds like they are getting ready to sell her car and that was not the agreement we made. We were supposed to get a check after they had the pink. Well here we sit still waiting over a month later. Will we ever get a check??? I am doubting it. What is our recourse? Writing the Better Business Bureau and giving them a bad review possibly having to pay for a lawyer?? This money is a drop in the bucket for this company. We are both in our 60's and being taken advantage of by this corporation. What really upsets me is we both were happy with our ***'s and I bought a *** **** that same night she sold her car to them and this is how they treat loyal customers. Stay clear of *** ********************** -this is Outrageous and I will never buy a *** again!!!! Especially from this **********.
