    In 2017 I took my 2006 infinity QX56 SUV to be serviced and repaired, with the work done on my SUV there was one electronic part that affected the lights on the dashboard that was out dated and it required them to order the part and call me in to have it installed. I paid $915 for that to be purchased ( have the receipt for proof). Unfortunately, my husband past away that year and both my children and I was dealing with grieving process and counseling. Fast forward to the end of last year when I realized that I never got a call from Infinity and the lights on dashboard is now going in and out more frequently I realized I never got a call back regarding this part that I paid for ( infinity had both of our phone numbers and I still kept my deceased husband phone in service and on me from that time on). Infinity is now saying I will not get a refund because its four years and the part went back ( they cannot tell me why they never called me to get me in for an appointment for the repair of it) also they are saying the management that handled it is no longer there and if I need to repair the part I will now have to pay $945.     I purchased an Infiniti QX60 last month. Used. There were scratches on it, and Infiniti assured me they could get them out. They told me they would buff them. I know from experience that buffing is nothing more than a temporary cover-up, but they assured me they could remove the scratches. They took the *** to the back, and brought it back to me super clean. I already knew that would be the outcome. I told them the scratches would come back, but the manager said that they wouldn't. I then asked. "If they come back, I'm coming back." He said, they will not come back, but okay. They came back after a few washes. And now that Infiniti has my money, they have refused to take care of the scratches. I purchased a vehicle from them back in 2012. Totally different sales crew, and the experience was beautiful. I really can't believe they did me like this. Who wants to drove around in a "new" car with scratches on it? It's embarrassing. I plan to let as many people as I know, know, nit to EVER buy a car from them, and my sister wants an *** like mine. Not from there.
