I purchased an Infiniti QX60 last month. Used. There were scratches on it, and Infiniti assured me they could get them out. They told me they would buff them. I know from experience that buffing is nothing more than a temporary cover-up, but they assured me they could remove the scratches. They took the *** to the back, and brought it back to me super clean. I already knew that would be the outcome. I told them the scratches would come back, but the manager said that they wouldn't. I then asked. "If they come back, I'm coming back." He said, they will not come back, but okay. They came back after a few washes. And now that Infiniti has my money, they have refused to take care of the scratches. I purchased a vehicle from them back in 2012. Totally different sales crew, and the experience was beautiful. I really can't believe they did me like this. Who wants to drove around in a "new" car with scratches on it? It's embarrassing. I plan to let as many people as I know, know, nit to EVER buy a car from them, and my sister wants an *** like mine. Not from there.Review from Khaila S

If there was a way to leave ZERO stars, I would ABSOLUTELY do it. One of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. I leased a vehicle from Norms Cerritos Infiniti and had the best experience ever with the salesman. I decided to purchase out my lease and was by far one of the worst decisions ever. From beginning to end, the process was an absolute headache. The lease retention manager, Nate, was not helpful or knowledgeable about any of the vehicles. Communication was poor and I was constantly sent pricing for things I made clear that I did not want. They upsold me on packages and could not tell me what they entailed or correct pricing for them. I was told with my maintenance package, I would be able to get my vehicle serviced at any dealer and the country and I've had two other dealers inform me how they are not able to see my package. I've called the dealer multiple times and have been placed on hold for extreme amounts of times and never received calls back. I am so highly disappointed with the service and **** never purchase or service my car with this dealer ever again!
