I started my monthly home infusion with Kabafusion in 2019 in Massachusetts, but this company has its billing department in California. The agreement between my doctor's office and this company was that I would not get any co-payment. Although a co-payment would be reflected in my insurance claims as patient responsibility, the promise was that I would never receive a bill. However, after a while I started receiving bills for small amount which I paid. Nevertheless, the amounts on the bills they kept sending were increasing. I began to question them based on the agreement. For example, on one occasion I made several phone calls for the same charge, and I received different answers; In one phone call, they said that the nurse company they were using was out of network, in another phone call they told me that it was a mistake, and in a third phone call, they told me that I did not meet my deductible yet. If this reason was true, why on the prior years before I met my deductible I did not receive any bills? What has changed and why I have not been informed? At the end of 2021I was told by ******* for the billing department after she spoke with one of the directors (she was the most helpful in this department at that moment) that I would never receive a bill again. However, I started receiving bills again this year with a bigger amount than before which I paid it. I spoke with ******* and reminded her what she said in 2021 and this time she said something totally different like was not even her. She said that she needed to talk to one of her directors. Why I need to call them every month when I receive a bill for something that it could be solved on the first phone call? Right now I am stuck with another bill for the same amount
