WARNING DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB I was warned by an ex employee to monitor my bank account because they were known to randomly charge and not refund properly, And that is what they did. When you first sign up they tell you, should you need to cancel a class you can do so via the app with in a 12 hour time frame. If you are outside of that time frame give them a call and they will cancel the class for you. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. No one is ever at the front desk to take your call. And when there is someone to answer the phone they are always new o the job and don't have any answers for you. Anytime I had to cancel a class I had call, send a text and an email just to make sure I wouldn't be charged. The instructors are amazing. Sadly they continue to lose customers because their billing practices and management are TERRIBLE. I ended up just canceling my membership after after 5 months due to charges on my card. I booked a class and had to cancel. I cancelled the class via the app the night before. Normally if you are cancelling outside of the 12hr time frame the app gives you a notification that you will be charged. When I cancelled no warning was given so I cancelled the morning classes and rescheduled for evening classes. I ended up being charged $20 for the 2 cancelled classes. I called the office and was told that the app was glitching and that they would talk to IT or app department but there was nothing they could do to issue a refund because the cancellation was done via the app. I said ok ill contact my bank and and have them deal with it. my bank handled it and my refund was processed. A couple days later I tried to book a class and was told that I needed to pay past due fees. $20 for the 2 cancelled classes, $20 for late fees and $25 for a return fee. I already paid $230 for unlimited classes. After calling for about a week and talking to 5 different front desk personal who all gave different information they agreed to refund the $40 but not the $25 return fee. they would rather lose a customer than issue a $25 refund that I only had to do because they said there was nothing they could on their end even though they acknowledged that the app was having issues. Save your money and headaches and go to a different gym. This is not worth it.
