Purchased an ice machine/maker and started having issues with it in June 2024. Its still under warranty but they are not responding to emails or phone calls and messages. The ice machine makes a horrific screaming scraping sound and has stopped making ice. Im really disgusted with this company and their terrible or customer service and unethical practice of s******* paying customers out of their warranty service.Initial Complaint

I ordered an icemaker from this company through the Shop App which is on a payment plan. Antarctic Star says they dont ship to ****** where I leave. Im still being charged monthly payments from Shop App for the icemaker i never received. Shop says that Antarctic has to submit the refund to them before they can cancel the transaction. Ive been trying for weeks to get in touch with Antarctic Star via email and phone (which never goes through) and have yet to be responded to.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction: September 5th at 12:58pm I purchased a Nugget Ice Maker from Antarctic Star for $199.99 and I paid with my credit card. The shipping was free. My order number was **** and I have a receipt email detailing the above. The website states that you have 30 days to return the item. I have tried to call and email with no returning of my communications. The number on the website goes to a voice mailbox that says it is full and no one answers the emails. I have a second email address in my purchase email that is *********************. It says to contact this email with any questions. I have done that twice and called twice but as I stated previously I cannot leave a message.The website states clearly that the item can be returned for a full refund and free return shipping within 30 days of purchase. That is what I am trying to do but need the help of the BBB.
