I just want to say the customer service was great! I received a product without a lid. I emailed them right away told them my issue. They sent me a full replacement product within a few days. It was a very easy and quick process!Review from Mona V

Online Sales Scam They promote online sales. Buy 1 Get 1. However, twice now I have only received 1 item. When contacting customer service, they are unhelpful and tell me my order was not in the sales time frame. I was recently in ****** ******* on a work trip and I stopped at the Make up and Meat Jeffree Star store. I have to say that the whole experience was phenomenal from the staff to the service to the whole vibe of of store. I have purchased from the website and am I loyal Jeffree Star brand customer the formulas and quality of the products are unmatched. I just wanted to reach out and praise the store staff in Casper I was in town for 4 days and made 3 trips to the store to stock up on skin care liquid lips and picked up some sweatshirts and store exclusive items. Amazing experience. Thanks for being an amazing brand that care about their customers and product line.Review from Mal C

I have become a victim of JS's poor customer service. I did receive all my items in a timely matter. I ordered 3 ************************ I gained an eyeshadow pallete ;however, I was displeased to find an eyeshadow has broken and made a complete mess of the entire palette. It takes days before customer service responds. I submitted a report the same day it was delivered. They did issues a replacement and sent me a completely different item because it was from a mystery box. That is not what I asked for, I paid for an item and it came broken due to their poor packaging skills. The fact that now im being told they can not replace or refund the item from a different representative is strange. As I am asking for a specific replacement of an item that arrived broken. I think there are better beauty brands put there with better customer service.Review from Gabrielle D

My Valentines Day surprise item priced at $14 was sent to me. It turned out to be a full size highlighter and I unfortunately received it completely broken! This very well couldve been a shipping or delivery issue not necessarily Jeffree Star Cosmetics fault! I emailed their customer service with the issue and pictures and they quickly responded and let me know they sent out a replacement free of charge! Very nice of them to do considering it probably left their warehouse perfectly fine and in one piece. A few days later I received my replacement package. I expected just a replacement of the highlighter I originally received, but to my surprise it was a brand new full 24-shade eye shadow palette! This was beyond amazing of them to send me considering I spent $14 and this palette is listed around $55 on their website! I am so grateful and I love the Jeffree Star Cosmetics team!Review from Savannah B

This all a fraudulent scheme with no remorse for customers. The fact there are multiple issues due to workers not being trained properly or caring is awful. I have tried contacting the company multiple times and have not been communicated back. This is fraud and they will not give me back my money. I had used them for years, but slowly as time went on the packages went missing or weirdly never got delivered. I would never suggest this company to anyone unless you want money and time stolen from youReview from Bree A
