First of all, I have been ordering from L'ange Hair for about 8 or 9 months. I have loved every single thing I have received. However, my most recent order I never received. I have tried contacting them via telephone, email, text and live chat. All of which has fallen on deaf ears. I don't understand how a business has a A rating when you can't get a hold of them to solve an issue. I am so disappointed because I believe they have great products.

They sent me the wrong item and will not contact me back. Hopefully Pay Pal can help. Why is this company on BBB . They do not have customer service phone contact and the email system does not work. If they are going to be on the BBB register they should provide customer service. You should stand behind the customer and help us with these issues.

I had previously ordered a hair tool from this business as a first time customer and although I did get a discount , before I even received it they sell the exact same tool for less. So I requested a refund for the difference and they basically denied me the request. Now I know that some ppl would not bother over 8$ but to me it's a big deal as I don't make much and even take care of my elderly mom and rescue dogs off of a part time income. I find it pretty heartless and very unprofessional as well as very bad business to treat a customer that way . It would be simple to just refund the difference. I've never known a store to not acknowledge that or honor a customer who just paid more for the product. This is something that lets ppl know what kind of company it really is to deny a customer the opportunity to hate the same sale price on the same item they just paid for . It's wrong period and I'm not happy . I could easily get a refund and then buy this one at the less price but why put a customer through that ? Makes no sense . When they could just refund the 8$ to my card. This is just wrong period and I'm wondering if it was just the worker too lazy and uncaring to do their job or if this company is truly heartless in doing business. Either way, id like to be refunded for the difference in the price .

Stay away from this people . They are very dishonest, they dont honor the return or exchange policy and their hair products are horrendous .

Received a defective item, trying to place a return. The return and exchanges for doesnt work (keeps giving error messages) and they make it incredibly hard to talk to an associate about issues with your order. Its a scam, dont buy anything from them.

HORRIBLE PLACE, they lost my order and never contacted me. I contacted them and they stated they could not replace with same product as it was now out of stock. They never offered any compensation or anything. The agent continuously lied about getting a customer serivce evaluation-which i did not receive.

Placed an order for the LeDuo in December. I decided I did not want the product after I purchased it. Once, I received it, I did not even open the shipping box and immediately returned for a refund. I purchase on 4 split payments. They charged me my whole first payment of almost $19 and did not refund me anything. Money making scam is what they are running!

Very shady company, would not recommend nor trust the company. After receiving a defective product, they charged me almost half the cost of the product to return the defective product. Shortly there after I was notified of an attempted fraudulent charge by Shop Mazz Mystique Beauty! While I can not prove it, I am certain enough they got the credit card number from ********************** that I will never do business with them again! Buyer Beware!!

**************** is non existent. Also, their website states falsly that there is a fixed rate for return packages. The rate does not apply to cross-border shipping. Also, I need a recipient phone # for the *** shipping document and am unable to obtain that through email or "live" chat.

I ordered my flat iron on Tuesday and paidfor 3 day shipping. I still have yet to receive it. I believe I'm *********** that being refunded. I am extremely disappointed. I need my product or my lawyer can be involved.
