05-23-2022 Contract Written#***** Job Started 09-06-2022 I paid 05-23-2022 $1000.00, 08-05-2022 $8146.00, 10-01-2022 $12,204.00 ************* all doors & all windows, Patch, caulk & repair cracks as necessary, Apply Deluxe Lifecote Primer, Primer texture walls, Primer smooth, Apply trim coat to specified areas, Clean up all job-related area, Front door painted. Texture primer on walls. Remove old wood around front window (stucco with epoxy and sand). Fix all broken Stucco and Cracks. Sand eves and Facial (Do All Of Shed) Do Front Garage Door. They where only able to do Three sides of Shed because they didnt (couldnt) move shed from wall! I was told I would get a $400.00 credit. This has never happened & I want interest on the four hundred. ***** was never sanded and I have holes, wood coming off. There is also a few holes not filled. I also have a lot of over spray on my gates. So much paint scrap left all over the ground. I have called ************** every month to try and resolve this and nothing has happened!
