I ordered three items from Natural Succelents, to send as gifts for my friend's birthday.
2 crochet style bags (1 Pink, 1 Tan colors)
1 beanie hat with faux fur Pom Pom (1 Mocha color)
Shipping is free if one purchase $35 or more.
Upon receiving my order.
#1. beanie hat packaged looked ripped opened, like it was a returned order from a previous buyer.
#2 crochet style bag ordered in Pink a White color was sent to me.
I reached out to **** (husband of owner) several times by email, I packed up the items and sent the 2 items that are defective and wrong color...I was told if they will pay for the shipping for return, since it was their fault, etc...
He indicated yes!
However, I wanted the original Pink bag sent to me, and instead of the Mocha color beanie hat, I requested the Pink color as my replacement..(only because, I had to buy another gift to give my friend...because, of this company lack of stupidity not filling the correct order, and no quality control before they ship out customers orders! No reply, I then changed my order instead of beanie hat to send 6 Diamond head pens (any difference, in price from the beanie hat, I would pay the difference) I had to send SEVERAL more emails to get a response. He finally sent me a short and snippy reply. Fine we can do this, but you have to pay for the shipping (including a attachment for shipping)
Since they received the 2 returned items. **** has not responded at all.
If I could give this company 0 for bad customer service, I would!
