You may not get what you paid for. I made 2 orders in 2 weeks. My first order was great, no complaints. Second order was shorted 1 out of 2 decks. No evidence of package tampering and I have the Ring app, I can't stress enough that there is no evidence of package tampering. Once the box was sealed at the warehouse it sealed until I opened it. They claim to have checked the warehouse and found all items were packed, which is basically saying I'm lying or ***** opened the box to steal 1 board and not both.There should be a weight for the box before shipping and when it arrived to ***** but apparently there is not. So, if I didn't receive it and ***** didn't steal it, whoever boxed it or working in the warehouse stole it. I don't have this problem with any other brands or shops, just Primitive. ****** learned, buyer beware.Review from Marisela S

This company is a scam! I really wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. I purchased a vest for my boyfriend for **** and it was a little too big so I tried to exchange it but they rejected it because they didn't have the size he needed. I then had to resubmit for a return and they keep saying they're waiting for it to be reviewed. The customer service is terrible and their return policy is worse. They take forever to get back to you and when they do they just feed you the same bs about having to review it. Unfortunately I have had to come to terms with the fact that I will not be getting my $100 back. Do not order from this company.Review from Sarah O

Ordered a skateboard from them. It was sent to the wrong address. Homeow er at the wrong address sent it back and primitive skateboarding refused to acknowledge that they have the skateboard that we purchased. This company is a scam. Do NOT order from them. Got an oversized shirt and tried to swap it for a smaller size because the site was not clear about sizing. Well it was on sale so they couldnt do anything. When I left a reasonable review on the item on their website, they responded with a 10% off coupon, didnt not do anything about a product I cannot use and still will not put my review on their website at all. Feel like this is deceptive because what other reviews werent posted that could have warned me or other customers to be aware of certain conditions or information about the products. Overpriced and no way to make things right. What a disappointment.Review from Stefan M

They act and they are scamers.If you buy something from them it is inpossibale to return it and get refund.I doubt they ever did a refund.I bought 2 jackets and 2 tshirts.Spend 300$When i got them they were not my size did not fit me.Also the quality was not what i expected.So i reach customer service.By the way only way to reach them is email.They respond after 5days.They told me i cant return them.Because they are on sale and they have return policy which is no refund and returns for items on sale.Ok but when hou put the items in the basket nothing let you know abou that!The only way to know abou that is to go on the webiste and read all the rules about a page long for returns.Def its made like that,to be hard for the customers to find out about it.It is a scam.Iam ok to return the items which are never worn with tags and pay the shp !But they still dont wanna do that.So my advice is stay away from them and dont buy anything from them.**** if you have time and read all the reviews about them you can see there is no way to return something!!!!Review from Raymond B

I have purchased shirts from them before, the large size usually fits great. But, I got 2 of their washed shirts on sale, and they do not fit, they remind me of XL or 2XL shirts. I reached out to customer service for an exchange, but they said I did not qualify because I bought the shirts during a sale. I'm not satisfied with that, I have 2 oversized shirts that I can't wear now. Thanks for nothing, I won't be purchasing directly from them anymore. The shirts are still in stock and on sale, they just don't want to work with me. I've had smaller businesses work with me during sales, so the contrast is really surprising. The "***** pinching" is not a good look, your clothes are expensive, do better.Review from John D

Placed a few orders with this store and as any other shopper would know, their items are not cheaply priced. They charge for a order protection but even with that, one of the ***** came in damaged with a mark on it. Reached out to customer service and they wanted to offer 10% off. I refused and when filling a claim they made the same offer. I returned the item for exchange and it has been about a week with no replacement on a limited edition item. The process is lengthy and even with the extra protection they charge it is not customer friendly. I will no longer do business with them. Their return and exchange is a difficult and time consuming process.
