I was targeted online for workout videos on a site. For $5.99 you had access to videos on their website. Upon signing up, I never had access to any videos. My account was locked and could never retrieve my username or password. Attempted to contact company to no avail. My credit was continues to be charged $5.99 monthly. There is now an address and phone number associated with purchase. When contacting number, address it is a gym in ********** who has no record of my account. Services were rendered by LarsaPippen.com. An Instagram account still exists but the website is not avail. I have attempted to close my credit card but the merchant continues to charge or locate my new card. I have never used or received services. These charges have been going on for at least 2 years. I need a refund and for them to stop charging me.
