Order #: ********** .. I placed an order for one rush order badge on 2/20/2024 it has been a month , i understand there's a process but I've heard nothing from anyone, i tried reaching out on their website and I got no response. I then reached out to ***** and she just referred my messages to someone else.. I need this badge for my up project and I've been pretty patient I just and the job finishedBusiness response

To Whom it may concern,
Rushed custom badges do take 4-5 weeks in production, (regular custom badges take (3-4 months). The order was placed 02/20 and shipped to customer 03/28. These badges are done overseas, We do apologize.

There were 2 items missing from 1 order and sent 2 items for exchange and it has been a month and still not rectified. Emailed several times and called several times, left messages and spoke 2 times with ****** he said he would look into it and contact me, still did not receive a solution.Business response

On August 18th I placed an order (**********) to this company. I received part of my order on August 31st. I called the company and was told by a customer service representative that someone would be contacting me about the remainder of the order. I also followed that cal up with an e-mail on the same date. Having heard nothing for over a week I called the company and left voicemails on two occasions On September 29th I e-mailed the company informing them that I was going to be filing complaints with the BBB and also post reviews about there company. To this date I heard nothing on that order and no refund for the items.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 pair of pants that were specific to size and received the wrong size items. I just simply wanted a return label to send them back for the correct size. However this is going on 2 weeks and no one will return my call or give me any direction on how to resolve this.Initial Complaint

I ordered 5 longsleeve uniform shirts from uniform warehouse on line, who has a 30 day return policy. I received the shirts last week, I removed one from the package and the sleeves was too short. I called the warehouse several times to get a return code, only to receive a recording stating your call is very important please leave your name, address and order number and we will get back to you asap. I also sent them an email which they ignored.
