Scheduled visit which I informed by agent (recorded) spouse was not attending, drove 275 miles with the commitment of $200 gas money and free electronic tablet. Showed up and was not allowed to enter.Business advertising on Interstate 10 freeway sign full connect *** for $10 a night. Our company policy is (and has always been) that a couple must both attend the sales presentation. Since ************** was not accompanied by his wife he did not qualify for the sales presentation or the gifts. The sign on the hi-way is for drive by traffic. Since ************** booked his presentation through our call center he did not qualify for that offer. I apologize for the confusion

After evaluating the lack of responses from Cherry Valley Resort, we would like to take this time to request that Cherry Valley Resort either confirms or denies the cancellation for contract # ********. We have been sending documents that require a response to Cherry Valley Resort and to this date we have not received a single response. Due to lack of response, we are assuming we have been cancelled out of our timeshare ownership from Cherry Valley Resort and are now relieved from this timeshare ownership. If this is not the case, please respond accordingly in relation to the continued matter of my request to form a mutual agreement from my timeshare referenced under contract # ********.Business response

Mr. and Mrs. ****** purchased a membership 2016. They entered into a legal and binding loan in order to do so. They loan has all legal rights of collection including outside referral and associated fees. They started ACH debits to their account in late 2016. The info they gave at the time didn't allow proper processing. They give updated info and the ACH process was implemented and then was stopped in 2019. Because of COVID we tried to work with them to prevent collection proceedings but in April of 2020 they were referred to outside collections. We have received several letters wanting to cancel the membership and it has been explained to them that they must settle with the collection company.
