BEWARE! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR MONEY! Charges $165 per hour and told us the truck was fixed. My son was in class so he went in the day after to pick it up and the truck wouldn't start! He told me over the phone that it was simply a wire disconnected from the battery that drained it. So, after my son paid the $252 bill and the truck would STILL not start (we had to have it towed there), the guy on the phone started yelling at me, cussing, and hung up when I asked him what I paid for then if the truck still wouldn't start. He yelled something about getting a new starter and he was too f***ing busy to fix it and to get it towed because he didn't want our business. I called back and another *************** up when I asked for the owner's name and phone number. My mechanic from home called him (my son just moved to *****************), even my home mechanic said, "******, he's lovely to deal with. He shouldn't be cussing at customers and saying he's too busy to deal with fixing things". He refunded the money but gave us all the worst experience any of us had ever had. Do not waste your time or money...if you are looking for the worst day of your life, take your business here!

So sorry to hear about your experience at Xtreme Diesel. I pride myself in hiring the most professional people possible to eliminate any situations as such.

Regarding the repair on the vehicle, I have talked to my mechanics about this situation. They said your son called in a panic on a Friday afternoon and as much as I have advised them to not take on more work than they could handle they accepted your sons vehicle saying he sounded in need of help.

The mechanic that worked on your vehicle stated that your son mentioned that the truck has had batteries replaced twice in the last month by your home town mechanic. When diagnosing your vehicle he noticed the driver side battery very low and passenger battery over charged and in bad condition from over charging. Obviously there is an issue with the batteries that your other mechanic could not figure out. He then proceeded to repair battery issue to make sure that issue was resolved and both batteries where seeing correct voltage. He stated that he then called and advised a starter and gave you the quote for the battery repair that he had fixed. As per phone call im assuming with you, you stated that you didnt have the money to pay for battery repair and that the home town mechanic should pay for such repair since it was obviously still an issue. You then wanted my mechanic to contact your home town mechanic to try and resolve this issue. I strictly am against my employees contacting any other shop with disputes from customers and their vehicles. As for the repair my mechanics did on the battery issue was resolved that the home town mechanic could never figure out and at no charge to you. My shop then emailed an estimate that advised a starter and you refused stating you dont have the money for such a repair. This is where I believe my employees felt treated by your last phone conversation

I have since replayed all audio and video of each interaction with phone calls to and from you mother and the son. I have multiple audio and video cameras in my facility to make sure situations are handled properly. Not once did my employees say one single bad word or treat you with any disrespect (I have proof). I can post video and audio of all interactions with you and your son if needed.

I also understand that they returned all your money and did not charge for any repairs to vehicle. I have told my employees if they ever feel treated or disrespected to return any money and have the customer seek help else where. This sounds like the case at hand. We do have to right to refuse service to anyone we feel is a threat.

Again sorry for this situation, but at the end of the day you finally have the battery situation figured out at no cost to you. Im proud of my crew for helping you out at no cost and how they handle such a unique customer. Hope you finally find a repair facility that you like.
