We were in an auto accident caused by another driver. The other persons insurance sent our car to a body shop that stated they could not do repairs on our car because it wouldnt run post accident. The body shop sent our car via tow to one of their friends shop as a kickback Don Young automotive. Our car was there for over 2 weeks, they charged us for 2 hours of diagnostics. The mechanic states our battery was bad and our fuel pump was bad and was not accident related. The fuel pump was replaced recently and the battery was just corroded and was just find and holds a charge. We had to replace those and cost us more out of pocket when they worked perfectly fine. The shop charged us for diagnostic testing that was completely false and inaccurate. There was a hose also broken from the accident that the shop overlooked which caused our vehicle not to run properly, he did not do a full check on our vehicle but charged us for it. Not having our vehicle has cost us a small fortune due to their lack of morals has caused our family unnecessary stress on top of it. We also believe they have caused issue with the body shop which is now being rude and wont work with us.
