We purchased a manufactured home from Golden Pacific Homes in Chico **. This experience has been horrible! Since the home has been placed at the property we have had to follow up with what the next item to be completed will be. We were told it would take a few months & a few months has been a yearlong exhausting mentally & emotionally. As the months went by they would send out a crew from Red *********** would do one thing then leave. We would wait expecting them to come back & finish. The following month would come & we would call to see what was happening & then they would send a crew out to do one more thing. This continued to happen all throughout 2022. They left a mess each time they came to the ************* would have to clean up after them. They dug a trench for underground wiring & left it. We had to call and have them caution tape it so no one would harm themselves & fall in the hole. The hole is still there they filled it partially. The lights & heating/AC unit were left on for 3 *********** had not even moved in yet. We had asked to be reimbursed for the ************** agreed to pay $93.84. We did our walk through January 2023 & there were items inside & outside needing repair. The home came with appliances but the refrigerator didn't work, this was something they put back on us to repair. Each month we would have to call & see when the repairs would be done & like before it was a few item at a time for the next 4 months. Some repairs they made quick fixes & when I confronted them about it he made it sound like he was doing me a favor. I finally sent an email to the owner with my complaint asking to speak to him in ********** have not yet received a response or have we received the $93.84 for the bill. We have had to take time off work for this to happen & the repairs to be completed because they told me I had to sign off on the job orders, I have not yet signed off on one. I have emails, phone messages left on my phone of all that has taken place.
