So farJUST WOW!! Cami was above and beyond I only ordered yesterday Friday 06/22/23.So today Saturday 06/23/23 9:27AMIts all shipped and scheduled for Tuesday Delivery!!!My total order was about $700 including tax and shippingmultiple items.I was somewhat concerned about a few BAD reviews I saw, but Im quite impressedI was correct when I decided that probably some customers simply cant be happy! and placed my order.The things and issues mentioned above were in fact the gist of the bad reviews but Im ****** impressed. Been waiting month for pots for my grow pots. I ordered 200 pots that were in stock according to the website. I don't know if the gave my pot to someone else or what. They then said it would be a week or two tell the got more in stock and they would send them out. Great! That's why I ordered ahead. But wrong. They say the pots have been sent out but nothing ever shows (no tracking the company couldn't find anything either). So they say we will send new ones out right away. Well no surprise nothing weeks later. They then so oh we will send new ones with priority shipping you will have them in two days. Wrong again here I am on day three grow season is here and they haven't even been sent out. Feel like it's a company full or liers and bad business practices. I spent 2000$ and was treated this way I wouldn't spend a dollar with this company if I was you.Hydrobuilder.com Response

I'm very sorry that you had such a poor experience with us on your order. We definitely dropped the ball after shipping the first 31 of your pots as the next container was cancelled but you weren't informed. I do see that we are shipping you the exact same pot under a different brand name. We are pushing the warehouse to get them out to you asap. I will email you from my Hydrobuilder.com email as soon as I have a delivery date.
I appreciate your taking the time to let me know of our failure, and I'm sorry again that you had to deal with it.

They never delivered my amendments I ordered 3 days ago and it said a 1-3 day shipping. They havent even gave me an update and MY PLANTS ARE DYING BECAUSE OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL LYING SHIPPING TIMES !!!Hydrobuilder.com Response

When the company I used shut down I went looking for anther supplier. Problem is I only use Gropro 1gal plant containers. It's very hard to find a supplier with what I need. I found hydrobuilder online and they had exactly what I needed. Shipping was a little high but it was worth it. Order on he 15th and I received it 13 days later. They did forget to to add my apt number but no biggie. I will be returning customer in the future.Review from Ross J

In May I ordered a Mini Split DIY system from Hydrobuilder. I ordered from them because they said it was in stock. Over two weeks later they sent an email stating it was on backorder and would be available until July. I wasn't happy but ok, this is the world we live in today. It did get shipped in early July with wrong line sets. It took over two and a half weeks to get the right line sets. Then they didn't order a couple to connect line sets together. It took another week to even get a response. Long story short they do not take any blame for anything and left me with a hot house for two and a half months. Oh, I still do not have the right parts to get my AC going. They have not offered anything to make this rightHydrobuilder.com Response

Hello ****,I am very sorry you for your experience. There were definitely some miscommunications on this order and the subsequent replacement of the linesets your first ordered. We do our best to make things right when they go wrong but it looks like we weren't successful here. Per Kala we have refunded you the shipping paid on the original order and are working to have the manufacturer ship you the missing couplers via expedited shipping at our expense. Would give 0 stars if I could. I'm a disabled Marine Veteran with a Traumatic brain injury and I bought an Under Current UCE12xl over 2 years ago and have been calling with problems ever since talking with Edson and Cami. Having trouble where every time I go to turn the outboard water pump on it doesn't work. They have had me troubleshoot all kinds of things, taking it apart time and time again, buying multiple new very expensive pumps with crazy shipping fees.. all to find out.. the return manifold is supposed to come with crutches to hold it upright. I noticed them in the instruction manual just recently as an item I never received.. so I was promoted to go look at my return manifold, finding it at a 20deg decline. When I prop the return manifold up.. the pump works perfectly!! So I call Edison and am treated like a complete idiot. He tells me, the crutches were deemed not important and never removed from the booklet.. and he has NEVER heard of this causing issues with anyone else's system.. BULL****! Had an issue with a light without going into much detail Zachary took care of the issue for me within hours of my initial contact I will definitely be a returning customer and would not hesitate recommending there services to anyone
