My son began speech therapy in February of 2022, I was informed that they did not take my insurance and I was fine with paying out of pocket for the services. They did take a copy of my insurance card, which was fine. I was not told they were billing my insurance and my insurance was paying for half of the expenses. I was paying each visit out of pocket unaware that my insurance was covering half of the visits. I have tried to get ahold of someone and have been told since around September 2022 that someone will return my calls with none returned. I have spoken with my insurance and they confirmed they were paying for a portion of my sons visits. I was hoping I would be able to have this resolved through the agency but they have not returned any phone calls and it has become very unprofessional and frustrating. I am just wanting to be reimbursed for the money I am owed. I was paying 100% out of pocket for theses visits and was never informed that my insurance was covering half of the expenses. My wallet was stolen which has the receipts from the visits, but Im sure I can get bank statements showing exactly when and what I was paying. Im sure the business also has verification of thisBusiness response
