      The quality of the lashes at this place is terrible they fell off less then 24 hrs after they put them on, and they will not refund me my money, no where on the website or receipt does it say no refunds. The manager was very rude and unproffessional. I just want my money back.

      Never Again. The owner killed it for me. She has zero customer service skills. See details below: My first booking: I received a text message from an unknown number saying, “Can I move your appointment to 1 o’ clock?” There was no introduction as to who this was. I had to look up the number on the internet to discover that it was the owner from Sugar Blossom. I replied that I wasn’t sure if I could make it but that I would try. I immediately receive a text confirmation that my appointment had been moved. I was surprised b/c I hadn’t actually confirm that I could make it. It turned out that I could NOT make it at that time. I showed up 15 minutes late (which was 15 minutes early from my original appt time) and was told the lash artist needed to ask permission from the owner if I could still be seen since I was 15 minutes late to my appointment (that I never even agreed to). She ended up seeing me, but I just thought that was really unprofessional. 2nd booking: I had a different girl do it b/c that’s who was available. She must have been new or just not very smart b/c she didn’t do the Classics the way the Sugar Blossom owner taught her. Sugar Blossom doesn’t do a 1:1 ratio for Classics b/c they use very thin lashes. She thought that because my previous lashes were 1:1 (which were done by someone else who used thick lashes) that that’s what I wanted. But she didn’t even ask me! I just told her I wanted Classics and she didn’t do it the way she was trained to do. Needless to say, my lashes didn’t look good. They were very sparse and I felt like I kind of wasted my money. She was nice though and I didn’t want to get her in trouble or make her feel bad so I didn’t complain and I’m not naming her. 3rd booking: I had booked 2 sessions back-to-back. One for me and one as a gift for a family member. Unfortunately, the family member ended up bailing about 4 hours before the appointment because she was SICK. I called Sugar Blossom (only the owner answers the calls) to give them as much notice as I could. The owner, who has caller ID, said, “hi, I can move your appointment up to 11:15 if you’d like.” That was only 15 minutes before my original appointment and I know it helps her with efficiency, so I said “ok” and she immediately said, “Great, we’ll see you then. Bye!” I had literally said only 1 word up until this point in the conversation. Did she think I was calling because I wanted to move my appointment up 15 minutes?!?!? So I quickly interjected and told her I was calling because my guest was cancelling. She then tells me that there are no refunds because of late notice. I asked for a credit and she refused, stating that she still has to pay her lash artist for the time and that she wouldn’t be able to fill the slot on such short notice. Considering that she only pays her lash artists $20/h and not $75/h, I then asked for a partial refund, in which she also refused. That 3rd booking is what pushed it over the edge for me. NO WHERE on her website is the cancellation policy. (It gets e-mailed to you AFTER you have paid for your service in full, in advance). So now she has $100 of mine that she does not deserve. You think I’m going to EVER give her ANY more of my $? HECK NO! She lost a customer. If she had any kind of business acumen, she would have taken me up on any of offers and kept me as a customer, and avoided this terrible PR for her business. Save your money and go elsewhere; where someone cares about you.
