I bought a jopen vr12 which was over $200 and it is supposed to have 10 year warranty I haven’t even been using it a year and it won’t work properly, and I can’t find any information on how to get it replaced. I still have all the original packaging as well. I am very upset spending so much money and I feel like I was ripped off, please advise me on how to get a replacement or refund either would be fine.Business response

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having. We do offer a warranty on all our items for 1 year from the date of purchase and we would be able to replace it if the item is in fact defective or malfunctioning. If you have JOPEN Vanity item, that line has unfortunately been discontinued but we do still support the items warranty for 10 years from the date of purchase. A receipt, bank statement or credit card statement does need to be uploaded to the warranty claim to ensure the items purchase date. We unfortunately do not support satisfaction guarantees as these are novelty items and aren't refundable. We also do not send return labels as these items are typically nonrefundable nor do we have our courier service like ******. Many retailers sell our products at different pricing as to why it has already been credited and bout out by that retailer. If your item is faulty, I will be happy to provide you with a replacement. If you bought your item through **********.com then we do not expect our customers to ship back the deflective product. If you bought from a retail store, the price differs, and we need it credited back to do an exchange. All purchased items that are being returned or exchanged needs to be with the same entity or retailer. The retailer is responsible for crediting and exchanges but if they are not willing to do so, then we can but unfortunately, we need the item mailed back. We are not ****** and has our own courier service, therefore we do not have our own labels. We use USPS or FedEx so you would need to take it to your local postal office. We take care of shipping outgoing and since supported for a year or 10 depending on brand/line. If anything else were to happen to it, you don't need to send the 2nd one back or anything as we would just ship you another.
