Servpro was hired to mitigate water damage which included an enclosed area for the purpose of drying out the area. Upon completion and repairing the area a wire was discovered cut. Work was immediately stopped for the purpose of fire because of the live wire. An electrician was called to rectify the problem. I have called the company several times to speak with a supervisor regarding the danger this placed my home in with no avail. I spoke with another representative who advised me this was a different department because he worked with the division which repairs the home after the water mitigation was over but he would relay the message to the supervisor responsible for the crew that performed the work. As of todays date no one from Servpro has contacted me regarding my concerns.Initial Complaint

October of 2021 Servpro was hired to remodel my kitchen due to water damage. After a very long and frustrating time they finally finished in March of 2022. During this time the new flooring they installed started to separate, sometime in January of 2022. They had the subcontractor who actually laid the flooring come out to fix it. He would pound it back together, but after about a month it would separate again. He tried several times, even gluing it several times but to no avail. He also reached out to the manufacture but still could not get a permanent fix for the flooring. He will now not return my phone calls or texts. I've tried to contact Servpro since they are the actual contractors for this but they will also not return my calls or texts. I would like your help in getting this matter resolved. Servpro remodeled my kitchen after water damage. The new flooring that was installed separated and needed to be fixed. The contractor they used fixed half of the issue and it has now been a month and I cannot get anyone to respond to me to get it finished. I’ve been reaching out to both ****** Sidoti and the contractor on multiple occasions and neither one will respond to set up the appointment to finish fixing the problemBusiness response

We have reached out to Ms. ****** this morning to see what her concerns are and will address them right away. The manager at the time “******” that was handling her file is no longer with our company. Our new manager ****** has reached out to Ms. ****** and personally spoke with her 9/28/22 around 8:45sm. We have scheduled an inspection this week 9/28-9/30, and will take care of this matter, to fix any issues there may be.
