      I order an EBE6 electric bike. It arrived quickly, but damaged. The label on the bike says they need a signature. That did not happen. Not even a picture, as no one was home. The problem is that there is no one to talk to. I hope it's not a scam as I just spent over 1000$.

      Good Afternoon BBB

      I spoke to the customer Carol  Ann  ********* , Yesterday  - There was multiple  mistakes made regarding the handling of this customer.

      Package was  delivered - Looks like the driver delivered a damaged box - All our deliveries - require a signature. This was not done .   No one was home to inspect or reject the delivery.

      Offered replacement parts -  changing forks and stabilizer is not like charging a light bulb.

      Our support services   Customer Service  -  ****** ***** and Overseas -  Inaccurate information given - not knowing which branch  is communicating   (   Both locations  )

      Offered and  accepted a $ ****** refund against Time & Cause.  /   Replacement sent today  Mar 27.2024

      Company falsely advertises shipping at a much quicker rate than actual shipping times. They falsely label orders as shipped while orders remain in the warehouse for a week or longer before they are even delivered to the shipping company. Company does this in order to collect the buyer’s money prematurely as they cannot collect funds from the buyer until the orders are shipped. To bypass this, GoTrax prints a shipping label from UPS because it will allow them to mark the item as shipped once a label is printed. I purchased a scooter on 11/25/2022. I was sent a shipping confirmation email from GoTrax and UPS on 11/28/2022. UPS sent an ETA of 12/02/2022. 12/02/2022 came and went without a delivery. When I called UPS, they said GoTrax never delivered my package to UPS. When I contacted GoTrax about it, they made excuses about a delay but couldn’t tell me when my order would actually ship. They just kept sending the tracking number that says, “shipper created label, UPS has not received the package yet.” Terrible customer service and fraudulent business practices

      I got this scooter on 6/20/22 and was told that it would cost me money on my refund because I got rid of the frame that it came in. The frame was totaled as you can see in the photo. I had oil in the carburetor blowing out my air intake into my spark plug. They had a tech tell me what to do to resolve this and it worked for a little while but is still giving me a problem. Everything that is not made made of metal was cracked,shattered or ripped. I have a bunch of pictures of all the damage that I have sent to them with the promise of new parts with a new carburetor and have yet to hear or received anything.

           I regret to inform you that Tao Motor does not sell to the public. Tao Motor sells to certified dealers that sell to the public. It seems as though the customer mistaken us for the dealer who sold them the vehicle. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

      I ordered scooter parts online from tao motors,and have not received any parts after 2 weeks.i have reached out via email,and have not received any correspondence of any kind.they just took my money,and left me hanging.

      Good Morning,
          This order was meant to be refunded due to lack of inventory. But due to technical difficulties beyond our control the order was not refunded as it was supposed to be. The customers order has been refunded back to his account and should show up within 3-7 business days depending on the customers bank.

      I made a purchased on August 4, 2021, two parts totaling $39.00 The parts delivered were incorrect. I filled a rma and returned the parts on about August 26, 2021. Which were delivered on September 10, 2021. After multiple attempts I have not received a refund for my incorrect order.
