This company charged me $3000 to help fix my car after holding my car for three weeks which made me lose money because my car is how I get to work, none of the problems that they claim to fix were fixed. Then took it to another professional who spoke with Shak Tech (the owner ****) and let him know that all of the work he did was not done right and some of the stuff he claimed to have changed and put new were not new. I went back to the company( ***********) and asked for money for hoses that he said he replaced but never did he gave me $150 because he knew he was in the wrong. However I feel that is not enough and because none of the work being done correctly at all and the loss of money I had to suffer from when he was holding my car longer than he said he would I want to file a complaint and see about reimbursement.Initial Complaint

My Catalytic converter was stolen from my vehicle and my transmission lines were cut in the process. I took my vehicle to this business for repairs. My vehicle sat there untouched for 6 weeks. After several phone calls and visits for explanations; the owner himself was never there, Shak. The person running his business for him was his sister. Between the two of them I never got a straight answer until finally his sister confided in me that her brother was on drugs. I was afraid at that point that the sheriffs would close down his shop with my vehicle in it. So I had it towed to a more reputable repair shop. My insurance adjuster had already given the first payment installment, 1027$ to this business for repairs that were never done. Since I had to take my vehicle elsewhere to be repaired; I had to pay this amount out of pocket, hoping to be reimbursed by ****. I have not received my money back after several attempts. This business wasted my time and money that I had to spend on a used car until my vehicle was repaired. They did absolutely nothing in 6 weeks. I received no apologies and never got my money reimbursed.
