This is the worst dealership ever!!! I purchased the extended warranty on my truck in case anything big happened. This dealership is right down the street from my house so it is so convient. I called today to take my truck in for the air conditioner to be serviced and I was told by the lady on the phone making my appointment that she wasn't sure if this would be covered and they would have to keep it for a few days to look at it. There are no loaner cars available. I am never buying a vehicle from this location again!!! This is very bad service to your customers in your community!!!Review from American M

FATAL MISTAKE ON VEHICLE REGISTRATION I spent most of my time to fix their mistakes and lazy work. The registration of the vehicle is suppose to be commercial .I told CHINO HILLS FORD and THEIR team many times.I received it as personal automobile after 87 days later and I mentioned on the phone and THEIR teammates who did paperwork as a COMMERCIALS REGISTRATION.I need immediate correction on this registration. THEY blocked my business vehicle 3 months.I will take legal action on THEIR side.chino hills did more than enough damage on my company.Terrible service….

Be careful.Strongly Not recommended .it is Wasting my time and Money.I am very regretful for doing business with Ford chino hills.My mistake is that I trusted their company more than they deserved.I signed the seller contracts .I received in the paperwork in flash disk. I thought the contract same as I discussed with finance manager before the signing. But After printing out the contract next day I surprised with additional sales. They sold me the vehicle with non refundable and noncancelable protection plans ($1200) and in addition non removable and non refundable gps ($1500) and warranty plans ($4000) . When I returned the parts to the dealer to get a some refund but the Boss of the dealership showed me the trash can and He said that Dump it and no refunds. I know I am the responsible for what I signed but it is not professional.the worst ones I am their customer and have to pay the cost of their service that I not agree on…Review from Windi J

They told me to buy a car and make the payments for 6 months then trade it in on another vehicle so I purchased a car and then I got to looking at my contract and they had me sign a paper saying I can't trade the car in later on so I told the bank I didn't want the car and then I changed my mind and the lady in finance called capital one which is her f4iend well they canceled my pre-qualified offer so now I can't get a car at all but they came an took my car from me am won't let me get my person belongings out of the carChino Hills Ford Response

Sorry to hear thus but Capital One called you to do an customer interview which you informed the bank, that you did not want the vehicle. When we called to ask you about it you blocked all of the staff. If the bank will not give you a loan on the vehicle since you stated that you did not want, in this case we need to retrieve our vehicle back.Customer Response

I spoke with capital one and they did my interview with me for the car and they told me I was good to go that that's all they needed from me and told me to call Chino hills ford and let them know that I did my customer interview and catrina in finance told me that she isn't going to sell me the car still and this was on Friday and my lawyer has retrieved a recorded call between catrina and her lady friend that works for capital one and in the recording it says I will deny her for her pre qualification. Everyday I get told that I can get my personal belongings tomorrow and tomorrow never seems to come
