On February of this year I went into Cityview dental to have work done on my mouth. I put a deposit down payment of $1000 and got the exam beginning exam done and decided to go elsewhere because of their big high fees. I told them once they take out the money for the services they have done to credit my card, the remaining balance they have had multiple times to do it, and always have an excuseInitial Complaint

May 15th 2019, H31383331**36333736H H333835**343236363939H started the process of a Hiossen tooth implant for tooth #**.I paid this company $3165.00 on my Care Credit credit card in full on May 15th, 2019. The Hiossen Implant has a life expectancy of 20 years. Mine lasted 3.5 years if that. Around June 2023, the Hiossen implant broke off in my mouth and feel out. I contacted H31383331**36333736H after getting a professional opinion from my current dentist. I was told the implant failed due to poor placement, this determination was made via an x-ray. H3336**38**3134323335H wanted to opportunity to make it right. In August of 2023 they agreed to fix everything. They extracted the old implant that was embedded in my bone and the next step was to start a new implant. On Jan 10th I went in to start the process and to my surprise they were asking for payment for the implant. I don't feel I should have to pay anything being I already paid for an implant that failed. The manager ***** and regional manager ******* will not provide me any details in writing, they state, "we will discuss it at your next appointment." At this point, I want my money back and I will go to another dentist and have an implant placed.Initial Complaint

I am asking for a refund of $210 I paid towards an upper mouth partial. I spent 6 months taking days off every two weeks to meet Dr. ******** office schedule. He made at least 6 different teeth impressions as well as a digital impression, sent them to the lab and when it was the last try on, he said he couldn’t do it, he couldn’t finish it and told Rebecca (office manager) to refer me to a prosthodontics. The office manager said it would take 3 months to analyze the payments and what I overpaid. I know I paid $210 toward the upper mouth partial. I don’t think it takes 3 months to look into my treatment plan and what I paid. Now I have to find another dentist that can do the work that Dr ****** could not.Initial Complaint

Hello My name is ***** ******* and I have a complaint against CityView Dental in ****** Ca. I first went to them in 2019 for a crown. I was referred to them by applying for a grant that I was supposedly approved for. I’m not familiar with dental procedures at all. I hadn’t been since I was a child and I was very nervous. At this time I did not have dental insurance. They told me with the grant it would cost me $1791.00 for 1 crown after the grant. I could not afford this, so they pushed very hard for me to get it financed through Lending Club. I get the crown put on. I go back a year later with insurance and they do x-rays and tell me I need all this work done. I said okay. They have me come back and they say actually we need to do more x-rays, why I don’t know. Then they tell me you actually need more work done. They say so with the grant its going to cost….I stop her and say I didn’t apply for a grant…she says no, I said no. She says oh ok hold on. Hmm they tell me it will cost $4555.00. I thought what do I need done. Again cant afford this, they call lending club and put me on the spot. I’m on the phone with Lending Club and they ask my salary. I told them, then the receptionist tells me no you need to tell them you make this, I said I don’t though, she said you need to tell them this. I start to get some work done and it’s the most horrible experience, they do not know what they are doing. My crown they put on has fallen off 3 times. When they made the permanent crown it had to be made multiple times, I don’t them it didn’t feel right every time but the said it was ok. I got a wisdom tooth pulled which caused me so much anxiety, one of my worst experiences. They told me I needed 2 root canals and 2 crown. I wasn’t experiencing any pain. They do them and ended up putting partial crowns, but charged full price. They didn’t even let me pick the crowns color, they don’t even match my teeth at all. They did a few cavities. I have yet to receive a response back from the patient, and is currently awaiting a callback from the patient.

I sent over my X-rays I what I paid for . I sent the receipts and have spoken to autumn on the phone and have exchanged emails. I’m waiting to hear back. I would like a refund for the work that I had to have redone. It totals to $2043.
