When the folding bike arrived the latch and pin that latches the bike in an unfolded position fell out of the bike. Technical Support helped me place the pin and latch back on the bike. Now the bike latch will not lock in the unfolded position. Technical Support instructed me to 'squeeze harder', but that is not possible. I am a grown man and cannot make it lock squeezing with both hands.No one there seems to be taking my complaint seriously and support replies are often hours apart I am on day 3 of ownership and have not yet been able to use my bike.Business response

Having reviewed your situation, we would like to offer you two options for resolution:
Option 1: We can arrange for a free bike replacement along with an additional $50 discount coupon for any of your future purchase.
Option 2: We will reimburse you for the $193.5 as indicated on the invoice you provided. In addition, we will send you one set of handles and snap screws, plus a $50 discount coupon for your future use.
Please let us know which option you prefer or if there is anything else we can do to assist you further. Our goal is to resolve this matter to your complete satisfaction and to take full responsibility for your riding experience.
