      I ordered the product on 03/25/2024. I received the ring lights and to my surprise the item was damaged. I contacted their customer service, explained the issue, and they sent me a printable pre-paid label for ***** I then sent out the package on 04/11/2024 and the tracking number shows that they item was received on 04/19/2024 at 11:45 am. Today is 05/10/2024, I have tried to contact the company on several occasions regarding the refund of the item but have had no luck and no refund. Please assist me in this matter.

      Hi ******,

      Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this customer. Please be advised that a refund was processed on May 1st and was finalized on May 10th. Should any delays have incurred, it would be in part of our facility being understaffed which resulted in heavy processing times for replacements and refunds. Please note we were also in correspondence with the customer up until April 30th. Please see the attached files indicating a refund was processed along with said correspondence and please let us know in the event further details are needed.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I purchased this from ******. I am simply looking for a replacement suction cup.  That’s all a simple suction cup. I would at least think they could warranty their own product ! I went to the company direct because of the time/effort to put this entire system together. Never had a company say they would not warranty their product before.

      I purchased a strobe light from this company on Amazon. I have had it for about three months. I use it as a safety measure while delivering mail. The cord caught fire, and burned the back seat of my car. There are two burn marks in the leather that runs almost the entire vertical length of the back seat. It also smells awful, like electrical fire. I have been issued a refund from Amazon for the product, but was told to contact the seller for the damage caused by the faulty product. They don’t respond nor answer the phone.
