Back in August 2020 I ordered a survey and paid $1600 . It supposed to be complete in 4 to 6 weeks. The corners were marked but they never sent me the paper survey. After 7 attempts I haven't received it. I believe I'm entitled to partial refund.Business response

To Whom it May Concern:
This complaint is inaccurate and claiming a false timeline. All surveys are completed in the order that they are received. Customer requested our services in August 2021, NOT August 2020 as stated in the complaint. The 1st payment was made on August 4, 2021 in the amount of $1000 to retain our services. The 2nd and final payment was made on December 16, 2021.
Regarding the fees for completing the survey, this service was offered and given to the customer at a reduced rate after the customer requested an item to be removed when the field work was already completed. We reduced half of the fee for that item per his request.
The project location was in Big Bear, CA in the mountains and required a physical site survey. The work completed had to follow COVID-19 guidelines and take weather conditions (snow) into consideration in order for our survey crew to physically do the work. This project was completed and submitted to the customer. We are unclear as to why this customer submitted a complaint and do request this to be removed since the complaint is an inaccurate representation of facts with incorrect dates.

I am rejecting this response because:
There has been no snow this year. If I hadn't submitted this complaint, I believe I still wouldn't have my survey. I've since sold the property, so I no longer need it. 6 weeks vs 7 months? Unsatisfactory.Business response
