      I requested light brown hair 12/8/22 from *****. Owner said it would be$150.The end result was orange hair. I asked her if she can fix it, she said yes and charged me $180.She told me to come in 12/10/22 at 1pm. She assisted me at 1:45pm. She was not able to change orange hair only by dying to same color i had originally. I asked for refund. She said no.

      I received a letter from your company on December 10, 2022, regarding a complaint from one of my customers.  This is the first time in 15 years of business that I had ever received such a complaint.

       

      My customer, **** ********* came into my hair salon on December 8, 2022, to have a hair color change.  Her original hair color was dark brown, a level 4.  Her color change request was light brown, a level 9. I explained that it was a difficult color change, and it would take several hours.  I told her that the charge would be $150.00.  She agreed and we moved forward with the treatment. The appointment took 5 hours.  Miss *********** hair was difficult to lift the color to the light brown.  The color turned out orange.  Miss ********* asked me if I could fix it and I told her yes. Since we had spent 5 hours, we decided to schedule another appointment and she returned to my salon on December 10, 2022.  I explained that I would charge her an additional $30.00 for the hair color product.  I would fix the color and add a haircut which was not in the original charge. Miss ********* returned on December 10th.  I proceeded to fix the hair color. We spent and additional 6 hours and the outcome was a light brown hair color.  I don’t think that the color was what she had envisioned.

      Miss ********* was still not happy with the color and requested for her hair color be returned to her original dark brown color.  So, I did change her hair color back to her original color. She wanted a full refund since her hair color was now the same as when she came in. I explained that my salon did not refund for services rendered.  (If I refunded for services rendered, I would be out of business). I showed her the notice that was posted at the front desk which read

      “No refunds. All Sales are final” (Attached is the original notice.)  I offered her free hair product and gave her a gift card for a free haircut. She responded with “is that all you will offer”.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      This response does not say she will give refund.At this time my hair has returned to orange,which ***** called funky color.At the time I was returning to fix hair appointment,she made me wait 45min and took several customers during that time which made me wait longer.
