              I purchased a Lisbon 980 spa from Sundance through the local dealer in August of 2020 at which time I put down a cash deposit of almost $10,000 for their highest end spa. At the time the order was placed we were told that the delivery wouldn’t be until February 2021. We FINALLY took delivery on May 3, 2021 after EVERY excuse you could possibly imagine from Sundance in why they could not deliver the product. Since taking delivery we have not had a single day of enjoyment of this product. From day one we have had issues with the spa functioning as well, a spa. The local dealer has attempted to address issues, but when there are constant issues and a wait for service you end up not being able to use the product. A problem with the display keeps me from turning on lights, jets, etc.. A CONSTANT flow switch issue leaves the heater disabled. I wish there was a lemon law for such a large purchase. I feel like I’ve been screwed by a fly by night company.

              I would not recommend Sundance ************ We purchased a Sundance spa from Pool City a few years ago. Multiple parts have failed on the spa and we have been forced to pay $75 per visit for service calls. Pool City paid for one of the service calls (which we appreciate). However, they will not use their leverage with Sundance to replace the spa. The spa is a lemon and we are not looking forward to paying for multiple service calls as additional parts inevitably fail. In my opinion, Pool City and Sundance do not care about quality or customer satisfaction.
