My mom and I walked into this business on 5/23/2022 knowing we have been their before. This time we went I was sat down for a pedicure and the lady came to put my feet in the water. When she starting taking my nail polish off she soaked a cotton pad with acetone and put foil over my toes She then asked if I wanted a cut down and I said yes please. She then asked her colleague something and then her colleague came over and started filing my toes with the drill and going over my nails and she burned me so many times I wanted to cry. I told her if she could be careful because I am a type one diabetic and I do not want to get an infection if I bleed and have an open wound. She didn’t really understand so she kept going. She made one on my big toe nails square and then rounded out my left big toe. I asked her to please fix it and she couldn’t for some reason. The lady finished my feet and I told the manger I was not happy and she charged me for acrylic take off and she said I have acrylic on my toes and I told her no I do not. She kept telling me I did and then I handed my card and told her how could you assume someone has acrylic when I just have thick nails. She then ignored me. I was very unhappy with the service I received and now my two big toes have cracked in half because the lady who did my toes filed them so thin.
