The advertisement for the blouse I ordered included a picture and written description. What a shock when I finally received the blouse. It was not anything like what they advertised. Very poor quality and sticker like rhinestones and a itchy and ugly color material. Their response is they are working on improving their products. After reading reviews this business is one of those that scam the buyer. The only way they will refund your money is if you pay and unreasonable amount to ship it back. A reputable company would gladly give a refund and not expect you to pay for a product that is clearly not what you ordered. Oh or they offer to allow you to keep the product and they will refund 1/2 the cost.Review from Karen S

T-shirts run small! Tried to exchange but found out you must exchange within 3 days! Didnt even try it on within that time frame. So no exchange! No refund! Lettering was supposed to be white on blue shirt, but was black and cant be read! What a terrible company to do business with! Never again!Review from Heather S

It’s a scam! If you were scammed already, and once you request a return they offer a 15% refund once it’s received in China even though it was sent from NJ….but after that they offer a 25% refund …..toward the learning of that China scam company. I'd give them a zero star is that was an option! The clothes are nothing like they are shown on the website, take forever to ship from china, cheaply made crap and they will not refund. ALSO, even though they say they have a return policy and even tell you that your return is processed, if you send the items back to the address you got it from, you will NEVER get your refund as you need to send it back to Guanzhu, China! Annie Cloth and Just Fashion Now are one and the same. After weeks of waiting for your order which takes 3-4 weeks, comes from China, you finally get the items. Regardless of the size you ordered from their chart, the clothing is all over the map. Tags have no meaning. I was also offered 15% then 25% in return funds to have the clothing altered in my area. I opted to return the items to get a full refund. Well, I'm now out $140 between the purchase, return fees to China, and 6 months later after the items were still being held in customs because this business would not go claim them, customs returned them to me. I gave everything away to coworkers because nothing I ordered fit and alteration prices are on the high side. I would have paid all that money again. Do not order from Annie Cloth or Just Fashion Now. They are a rip-off and will not honor their return policy. Your items will have to be chased down by the US Post Office or whatever carrier you use because it will end up in customs in China and this business will not claim them.Review from Paula V

Warning if you don’t get your package cause they use the postal service and if they say you got it and you didn’t good luck … I’m out over 200.00 dollars with an order I placed in April said they delivered on June 3 rd yeah I know. Bad part I never got the package and they could care less. This company gets most of there clothing from china they don’t disclose that either. Quality is horrible out of the only 4 items of 12 items I ordered shipped separately. Don’t waist your money !!!!Review from Dawn B

This company is a scam. You think it is US based, but when you need to complete a return, are told the return center is in China. It will cost as much as you paid to return the item. You are given the option of getting 10 percent of what you paid. In chats with their online help they push you to do this, take the 10 percent almost as if they know people will do this and they get to keep most of your money. The clothing is nothing like what is pictured online. It is cheaply made. Seams coming apart,not the same fabric, print vaguely similar, vaguely similar colors, Vaguely similar shape.
