      I made two purchases online. One purchase is for $5943.39 and the second is for $4632.99 bringing in a total of $10,576.38. This company never shipped the merchandise ad have been paid. I have called the company and spoke to ******, I have shared our bank account proof showing they have been paid in full yet she refuses to issue a refund. I have called and emailed asking her for help, my bank has also confirmed they have received the payment. This is fraud, accepting my money and not shipping my items. I want a full refund! This has been going on since June.

      Hello,

      ********************* had placed two orders on two of our websites we have one that is our official site and the other is our sister site.

      Both orders were placed on the same day June 27, 2023

      ****** asked us to ship the order by a specific date and we told her we could not fulfill the order in time no matter what website she ordered from. She asked us to cancel one order which we did, I'll send attachment of proof of Refund Receipt as well as the website proof of Refund.

      The 2nd order ****** asked us to keep even though we would not meet her delivery date she still confirmed for us to follow through with one order. If you can see she placed two orders but slightly different. This was making things confusing for us so we wanted her to confirm in an email her order once again so we made sure there was no confusion in what she was to be delivered to her. We felt the more speaking with her she might be up to some fraudulent activity. We wanted to be sure we had written communication by her in case she were to file a dispute we had written proof she did in fact place the order by confirming the items in the order. 

      After numerous attempts to have her reply back in the email she refused which eventually our suspicions were right she did in fact file a dispute and after that we are not in control to process any refunds and its up to the back. The second attachment will show that a chargeback was filed and the Bank sided with us and once and we did not hear from ****** again until months later. 

      She called us on 10/19/2023, and said she wanted a Refund, I expressed there was a chargeback filed and due to the time gap from when the original order was placed I'm unable to issue a Refund on my end and I advised she should contact her Bank and have them file another chargeback since I'm unable to since its been past 30 days from the original date of purchase June 27, 2023

      She of course then said she would file a complaint and I said I would be happy to express to you our side. If you need any additional information I'd be happy to give it to you.

      Hello,

      This vendor has not issued a refund still. I have connected with my bank which has verified ATA was paid in full. This vendor never shipped any items to me from these purchases, but they have charged me in full. I would still like to pursue this complaint. I have enclosed two screenshots from **************** showing the status of the chargeback and proof vendor has been paid in full. Chargeback has been closed.

      I need these charges refunded.

      Please see highlighted response form vendor admitting they never shipped or have refunded me for this purchase.
