Good morning! This is my third piece of communication regarding my return credit. I am really tired of dealing with the lack of communication, your company does not answer the phone and the communication is not consistent. I have not received my credit for the $368.00 to my original form of payment. This is ridiculous because you received the return on November 10th and as of today, my credit has not been processed and it has been 11 days, which exceeds the timeframe for credits based on your company policies. I want my credit processed.
