- Client understands that CLCSLS is a document preparation company and does not guarantee a payment or loan term quoted
by DOE as there are several variables that can affect Client’s requested payment and term. However, CLCSLS does guarantee that Client will receive one or more of the following services: document preparation for a federal student loan consolidation, completion of applications required to place Client’s loans into the repayment and/or forgiveness program of their choice, completion of necessary documentation required to complete a recertification of client’s existing program, and/or the completion of the necessary documentation required to place Client’s defaulted student loans on a rehabilitation program through DOE subject to the following conditions: (1) Client’s loans are eligible for the program requested (2) Client fully cooperates with CLCSLS in providing all information requested for the completion of CLCSLS’s services and that such information is complete and accurate; and (3) Client’s student loan application is not disqualified by the DOE due to issues or characteristics related to client. All refund requests must be in writing and faxed to us within 90 days of any loan application denial by DOE in order for the refund approval process to begin. If Client is approved for a refund and the conditions listed above are met, CLCSLS will reimburse 100% of any and all fees paid by Client. No refunds for membership are payable to client upon cancellation of CLCSLS Membership. - Business Categories
