            First off Nathan was very rude to me the entire time dealing with him, he constantly made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and that I was stupid just because I’m significantly younger than him (I proved him wrong on something they broke) even laughing in my face after I paid them 5000 when I brought my car back with a misfire which it never had before going in. I always thought the customer was supposed to be right but Nathan always argued with me, he had to be right. My misfire was too bad to drive so I asked him if they could tow it in and check it out he said sure but I had to pay for the tow which makes no sense because they did something wrong well a day later they find nothing wrong (mind you his 30 year master tech did the car) so I take it to a different shop and they figure out they swapped the O2 sensors and fried one. Runs perfect now. That bill was around $600 and they said they would pay for it but Nathan did something sneaky and charged me the $600 and said it would show a refund in a couple days, I never got my refund. In all conclusion do not take ANY vehicle to certified.
